TS Conductor is bringing next-generation grid technology to Jasper County, South Carolina, establishing our first South Carolina operation and second U.S. manufacturing facility alongside our headquarters in Huntington Beach, California.
Our new 301,275-square-foot facility in Clarius Park, Hardeeville, SC will manufacture our advanced carbon-core conductor (AECC) for transmission utilities across the United States. This is Phase One of a planned three-phase, one-million-square-foot expansion, positioning Hardeeville as a long-term strategic hub for advanced energy infrastructure manufacturing.
TS Conductor is a public benefit corporation focused on modernizing global power grids for the 21st century.
Co-founder and CEO Jason Huang has been a leader in advanced conductor technology since 2010. Recognizing the industry’s structural limitations, he built TS Conductor around a fundamentally better materials approach—replacing traditional steel cores with advanced carbon fiber composite technology.
Our award-winning innovation is redefining what’s possible in transmission performance.
TS Conductor designs and manufactures patented advanced conductors that allow electric utilities to:
As power demand accelerates—driven by data centers, domestic manufacturing, electrification, and aging grid infrastructure—our technology provides utilities with a faster, more cost-effective path to grid modernization.
As power demand accelerates—driven by data centers, domestic manufacturing, electrification, and aging grid infrastructure—our technology provides utilities with a faster, more cost-effective path to grid modernization.
America’s grid is under unprecedented strain. Utilities must move more power, more efficiently, without expanding rights-of-way or facing multi-year permitting delays. TS Conductor’s carbon-core technology solves this bottleneck by upgrading existing transmission infrastructure to carry significantly more power.
Our conductors are already deployed by leading utilities across the country, including:
These partnerships reflect the performance, reliability, and economic value of our technology.
Our South Carolina facility represents a long-term investment in advanced manufacturing, energy resilience, and American infrastructure leadership.
If you’re looking to build something that matters—while growing your career in a high-tech, mission-driven manufacturing environment—we invite you to explore opportunities with TS Conductor in Hardeeville.
